The research and manufacturing company owner, Robert Deen, wrote the city a letter in July stating the company’s revenue and employees have consistently increased over the last six and half years, but the company needs additional space to continue to grow.
Councilwoman Vicki Giambrone called the project “a great one,” but voted against it because of traffic concerns.
