Driver crashes down steep embankment in Greene County

A driver from Columbus was taken to a local hospital after driving down a steep embankment in Greene County early Thursday morning.

Officials said the vehicle went off Sutton Road in the 300 block at a curve. The car came to a rest down a steep embankment, and crews said they had difficulty finding the crash.

The driver was taken to Greene Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The crash was reported around 1 a.m.
