Williams is accused in the investigation into the death of Jerrold Duskey.
Prosecutors said Williams was employed as a caregiver by ResCare Inc. when Duskey was injured Feb. 15, 2018, at the group home on Redbluff Drive.
Duskey, who prosecutors said had developmental disabilities, later died March 5, 2018, at Kettering Medical Center from blunt force trauma.
A warrant has been issued for Williams’ arrest.
