A Dayton firefighter apparently suffered a hand injury Wednesday night while helping to put out a fire in a dwelling at South Broadway and West Fifth streets.
Crews were dispatched at about 10:13 p.m. to that address on a report of a working fire at a two-story, wood frame structure. News Center 7 was given to understand that there was a large amount of smoke in the structure.
