Celebrity spottings in Dayton ahead of Sunday’s “Gem City Shine” have begun.

Kanye West was spotted at Riverscape Friday afternoon, and then later at the Cheesecake Factory at The Greene, according to several posts on social media and eyewitnesses.

Acts set to perform at Sunday’s “Gem City Shine” haven’t been announced. The free party hosted by Dave Chappelle is billed as “a benefit concern to reclaim the Oregon District.”
