More than 1,600 DP&L customers are without power in Montgomery County as of 8:15 a.m.
The outage is likely connected to a crash on Shiloh Springs Road.
Earlier Tuesday, outages were reported in Champaign and Preble counties.

A DP&L spokesperson said the earlier outages were due to ice. At their peak, 1,028 customers were without power in Preble County, and more than a thousand were without power in Champaign County.
