OVI checkpoints are scheduled for two locations in Clark County Friday night, according to a media release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

State troopers and Enon police will conduct the first checkpoint on Dayton-Springfield Road, east of Enon Road from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The second checkpoint will be held on U.S. 40 east of U.S. 68 in Springfield Twp. from 10 p.m. to midnight, troopers said.
Saturation patrols will also be conducted in the areas surrounding the checkpoints.
The checkpoints are funded by federal grants to deter and intercept impaired drivers, troopers said.
The locations of the checkpoints were released in accordance with state law.
