Grissom is charged with two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity materials and two counts of pandering sexually oriented materials involving a minor, records show.
The alleged victim in the case is a 17-year-old girl from Piqua.
Grissom appeared in Miami County court Friday morning and his bond was set at $40,000.
