WLWT reported Wednesday afternoon that the Highland County Sheriff’s Office said the FBI and BCI are involved in the case.

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office site said Bell’s family reported that she left for tanning and, when she did not return, her vehicle was found in a church parking lot near the tanning salon. Her keys and her phone were found inside the vehicle.

"I notice her phone laying in the car. Her keys are in the ignition and money that she had in the pullout thing was still there," Melissa Bell told WLWT-TV. "She's a typical teenager. She would never leave that phone."

Madison Bell is white, 5-foot-7, about 125 to 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
