Deputies said the robbery indictment stems from an incident in which Silvers is suspected of pulling a gun on a person who thought Silvers was there to sell a television. Silvers allegedly sought money from the victim.
A woman riding with Silvers after leaving Walmart has a suspended driver’s license and was unable to continue the trip. Two children were also with them, deputies said.
