3 things you need to know about The Cottages of Beavercreek

Tonight, the City of Beavercreek Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on an application to rezone 20.3 acres of land located at 2358 County Line Road. The planning commission can approve, modify, disapprove or table the proposed resolution to approve the rezoning application.

Here are three things to know about the proposed complex:

  1. The Cottages of Beavercreek proposal includes plans for construction of up to 94 apartments/condominiums in 15 buildings.
  2. The applicant is requesting the land be rezoned from agricultural to residential.
  3. A farm house and several outbuildings, sheds, barns and feeders, are currently on the property. The land was previously used as a horse farm/stable.

The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in council chambers in city hall located at 1368 Research Park Drive in Beavercreek.
