Utility bills shift to online

VANDALIA – The City of Vandalia is making it easier for utility customers to access their monthly utility bills. Customers can now view their utility bill online

Customers can find the link on the City of Vandalia's website under the finance page. Customers must sign up to complete the online application. Once complete, customers will receive an email to verify their account.

Finally, if a customer has multiple accounts, the online view account can be linked to all applicable utility accounts.
