Ex-Miamisburg teacher pleads not guilty to sexual conduct with student

A former Miamisburg Middle School teacher has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges for an alleged sexual relationship with a MMS student.

Jessica S. Langford, 32, pleaded not guilty last week to three counts of sexual battery and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records show.

Langford was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury Nov. 14 and was set to appear in court Nov. 28, court records show. However, Langford entered the pleas Nov. 21, according to court documents.

The charges stem from actions Langford allegedly took in late May, according to the indictment. Prosecutors have said the allegations involve a 14-year-old male student at the middle school.

Langford resigned from her teaching job at Miamisburg May 24, shortly after the allegations came to light, according to the school district.
