“Our first restaurant was in Vandalia, and we had a pretty good relationship with Hairless Hare right off the bat,” Submarine House president Brody Danner said. “We love the union with Hairless Hare and the different types of beers they brew.”

Bottom Dweller -- at seven-percent ABV -- is brewed using several kinds of hops, and has a fresh, clean citrus taste, according to Danner.

“It’s one of the best IPAs I’ve ever had,” he said.
The new brew was tapped for the first time today and is available at all Submarine House locations, which have steadily stepped up their craft beer game over the last several years.
