Tree damage along West Sugar Grove Road near the Stillwater River and radar data was used to confirm the brief tornado, which had estimated maximum wind speeds of 70 mph, according to the NWS.
The tornado only lasted for about one minute, and its path was ½ mile long and 75 yards wide, the weather service said.
