2 arrested for Arby’s break-in

Miamisburg police arrested two men for allegedly breaking into Arby’s this morning.

Officers were called on an alarm at the South Heincke Road restaurant around 3:45 a.m.

The first officer at the scene saw one of the suspects run out a side door and quickly took him into custody, according to Steven Gau, from the Miamisburg department.

Neighbors in the area helped police find the second suspect, Gau said.

He said it appears they used something to break the drive-through window and enter the business. It’s unknown right now if anything was stolen.

Gau said a police canine is working to find a bag that they believe one of the men was holding when he ran from police.

They are both expected to face charges for breaking and entering.
