Others indicted by the grand jury include:
• Matthew W. Heaster, 29, of Loveland, was indicted on two felony charges of aggravated possession of drugs, a misdemeanor charge of possession of drugs and two counts of misdemeanor possession of dangerous drugs.
During a shakedown of cells at the Warren County Jail on May 15, Heaster was found with four rubber bags with methadone and oxycontine pills in his sock, Nolan said.
No arraignment date was available.
• Brandon Craycraft, 20, of Franklin Twp., was indicted felony charges of trafficking in marijuana and possession of criminal tools as well as a misdemeanor charge of criminal simulation. Nolan said Craycraft had used counterfeit money to pay for a room at the EconoLodge on East Second Street in Franklin. Motel employees contacted Franklin police about the counterfeit money, Nolan said. When police went to Craycraft’s room, they found marijuana packaged for distribution and scales, Nolan said. Craycraft is being held without bond in the Warren County Jail.
