According to police, one woman put her car in reverse, striking a second woman. The women then started to assault each other.
The women, who were relatives, had just eaten at the restaurant at the time of the incident, police said. Their names and ages have not been released, and it is not clear how the women are related.
The woman who was struck by the vehicle was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. Police said it was unclear whether she was hit by the door or the wheel of the car.
The driver suffered injuries during the fight and was taken to Huber Heights Medical Center.
The incident remains under investigation.
