    Wright State Physicians have integrated with the Premier Health Physicians group as part of the May 1, 2024 enhanced affiliation agreement between the university and the large health system. As part of that consolidation, Wright State Physicians transferred its office building to Wright State University for $1. The university already owned the land, but a lease agreement allowed the physician group to build its office building there. STAFF FILE
